gst-plugins-base 

Patched to allow to modify some initial properties for a new playbin object.
The reason is on my phone (oneplus one) playing audio streams has terrible hickups when not being buffered.

You can set the "flags" with GST_PLAYBIN_FLAGS and "buffer_size" with GST_PLAYBIN_BUFFER_SIZE.

For example see /var/lib/environment/nemo/90-gstreamer-playbin.conf:
  GST_PLAYBIN_FLAGS=0x182
  GST_PLAYBIN_BUFFER_SIZE=256000
